im LIVID with the store! My husband ordered something for me on this site on Dec 10th and still have not received anything. My order was shipped out on the 20th when the site says thing usually ships with in 1-2 business days. I have contacted customer service twice on this matter and i have not recieved anything from anyone explaining anything....When i checked the tracking number it said i would recieve my item on the 29th, today, i have not recieved anything. I checked the tracking number again and now its saying i wont recieve my item until the 5th of Jan, seriously this is the worst customer service i have ever recieved!

has this happened to anyone else? and if it has what would you recommend i do?

I WILL NEVER SHOP THROUGH HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

    i know the admins cant do anything about this...i just needed to see if this happened to anyone else....FYI i still havent received anything and it jan 6th

    Sorry to hear that diazm, although I don't think the admins on these forums have control over the store, that is a different department. But it is nice to see you supporting Christina, love that Bionic in your display image!
