BILLBOARD: Bionic Likely to Debut at...
As this site's unofficial Billboard Magazine correspondent (haha), I feel obligated to tell you guys when there is an important article about Christina. According to industry officials, Bionic will likely debut on the Billboard 200 at number three. These are the sales estimates for the top three (likely) albums:
1) The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (140,000-160,000)
2) Glee: Journey to Regionals (110,000-130,000)
3) Bionic (100,000-120,000)
They note that because of all of Christina's appearances/performances in the coming days, it is likely that Bionic's sales will slightly increase (perhaps enough to debut at number two). Make sure you buy a few more copies!

It's #1 in the UK in its first week sales
come on US fans we can do it even better and bring the queen on the top spot in the first week too.

Christina's on promo-overdrive guys - perfect timing! This will increase the sale a LOT, not just slightly. Just wait and see.

If Christina's Bionic is not number 1, oh well. We're still getting a fifth, sixth album, etc. I'm sure.
Well I just read the billboard article and they were gushing over these projections because of how lack luster sales have been this year.. So that's really positive!Plus something has just changed in music I thinks its all these other mediums making music available so readily that ppl just don't buy albums like they used to!
it doesn't matter if CHRISTINA IS #1 or not. As long as her fans are satisfied with her work is all that matters. I know the haters will rub it in our faces but who cares what they say.
Like cdub254 said..these numbers are based off one day of release! So who know what will happen, not us! Beside top 3 is certainly not a flop! Other artist out mow have never even reached that number at all, plus actually most of the reviews I have seen were pretty positive. So I am happy because all the haters were expecting it to be like out of top 10 and stuff. I am just glad to have the music.

its not important to be #1, one of the bestselling albums of all time didnt even reach the #1 on billboard. the album sales should be constant and not to fall after the first week.
with all negative reviews, I think #3 its great. seriously folks the album should have been out before, not now. If the sales wont be good, i think its good for her, to work hard and dont publish an album once in 4 years. I know there is been the kid and all that but this is not the first time, look the albums before.
Well, you also have to realize that it was released that last week sales were the lowest in sound scan history since opening in 1994. Plus take into consideration that Glee's album only cost 6 bucks, and who knows what will happen by the end of the week...Hey top 3 is still great!!
Twilight is so hugh I actually thought it would be higher, considerably. I don't watch this kind of thing though, sells and what not are over my head. lol
Compared to Back To Basics, those sales are low...but it is a guestamite and Christina still has the remainder of the week with more promo. Hopefully sales will remain steady and increase. The music industry is not what it once was. Still, her record label should have scheduled more promo events last week. I hope the Twilight soundtrack doesn't sell more than Bionic.
I ain't worried either.
I am really hoping she debuts on #1. i am posting positive reviews because it's the truth that BIONIC is such a great album, on outside sites like, Billboard, Itunes, the washington times, the LA times, the Chicago tribune, Entertaining weekly and many other on their BIONIC reviews, most of them are trying to crash it, we need to spread the word out there of how great this album is in every posible site so people can see the reviews of people who had bought already the album.

It's based off oneday of sales...Christina just started really promoting the album...once word really gets around her album is out....it's on...it's only the beginning in the long run just like "Stripped" I feel the album will be very successful....I ain't worried.
