I just ate a bowel of hot pineapples and peaches

Boy did it taste good

Warming my body like I wish Christina Aguilera would

I had a long day and its going to be a long night

I need to get some things right

I must complete my new book before my knee surgery is performed

You never know the Lord might call me home

Rain keeps falling

Time keeps going

Even if I live or die

Today I believe I just gotta try

I know I've been barking on mood swings

Lonliness Madness and washed away dreams

Made my heart feel so many things

Today while riding on the road

My gift of empathy revealed unto me

Words of wisdom for my soul

Hope of never letting go

But anxiety slipped in

Every time I chose to respond to people who don't reply to me

Their unspoken words adds to the hurt, pain, abandonment and rejections throughout my life

Whenever I speak I now think twice

Before my voice is heard

Before my words are said

Before I lay down my head

I must say a prayer for you and me

For we are in need

Ok here I go

Learn to show

Learn to give

Learn to listen

Learn to try

Its ok to cry

Just don't let life pass you by
