Inefficiency and Lack of Customer Service on this Site
Is it not absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful that once a purchase is made on Christinaaguilera.com your money can be extracted almost immediately from your account but when you have a question about the delivery of an item its nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. I purchased Bionic Fan Edition on May 10, 2010 and have yet to receive it. I can understand it being back ordered or on its way but I have no way of tracking my order, not even from the email that was sent to me confirming my order. It's bad enough that part of the package has been rendered useless (i.e. pre-sale code) but now I haven't received the album and haven't received a response to my emails. I'm extremely disappointed. I will never again purchase a single item from this site and recommend that others do the same.
